SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

At Foil Studio Pro Limited, we want every customer to have a smooth and enjoyable experience — from the moment you place your order to the moment your new machine arrives and beyond.

Shipping Information
Free UK Standard Delivery: We offer free standard shipping on all Foil Studio Pro machines across the UK.
Dispatch Dates:
Pre-orders will begin shipping from early January. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with full tracking details

  • Delivery times:

    • UK Mainland: 2–5 working days

    • EU & International: Delivery times vary by destination.

  • International Shipping: EU and international customers can select their region at checkout. All machines will be supplied with either a UK or EU plug, depending on your selection.
     

  • Delays: While we work closely with trusted couriers, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, strikes, or unforeseen courier issues.

     

Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your Foil Studio Pro. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Standard Returns

  • You may request a refund or return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • ​Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear in your account.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
     

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us at help@foilstudiopro.co.uk with your order number, photos, or a short video of the issue.

  • We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund in line with your consumer rights.
     

3. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund prior to dispatch.

  • Once shipped, standard returns terms apply.
     

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, altered, or damaged items (unless faulty) cannot be refunded.

  • Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.
     

How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@foilstudiopro.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions.

  3. Please pack items securely to avoid damage in transit.
