Pre-orders secure your product ahead of its release date.
Estimated delivery dates are provided but may change due to manufacturing or shipping delays.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Standard UK delivery is free.
International shipping is available at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as customs, courier delays, or unforeseen events.
Ownership of goods transfers upon successful delivery.
 
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or damaged items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with your consumer rights.

The machine name, brand identity, and Pantone colour selections have been developed independently by Foil Studio Pro Limited.

Foil Studio Pro Limited deals directly with the original manufacturer of our foiling machines. While similar machines may be available in other countries under different brand names, Foil Studio Pro is a completely independent UK brand.

We are not affiliated with, connected to, or acting as a distributor for any other company.

10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
